Terms and conditions of use

1. Who operates the site

neona.tech is operated by NEONATECH E-BUSINESS S.A.S. (“Neona Tech”), a simplified stock company (S.A.S.) incorporated in Colombia, tax ID (NIT) 902.118.619-9, commercial registration 949.736 at the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce, domiciled at Cra. 52 No. 79-19, Piso 3, Oficina 19, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia, phone +57 605 322 5918. 2. Acceptance

By browsing neona.tech, using its tools or sending us a form, the person accepts these terms and the privacy policy. If they do not agree, they must refrain from using the site. The site is aimed at companies and people over 18.

3. Informational content and proposals

The site's information describes Neona Tech's services and is informational. It is not a binding offer or professional advice. Each project is formalized with a written proposal and contract that define scope, deliverables, timing, price, warranties and the handling of the client's information. If the site and a contract differ, the contract prevails.

4. ISO standards

Neona Tech is in the process of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 certification and delivers its solutions with controls, documentation and evidence aligned with those standards. Certificates are issued by an accredited body after an audit. Neona Tech does not claim to be certified while that process is ongoing and does not guarantee that a client will obtain a certificate, which depends on the audit the body performs on the interested company.

5. AI assistant and free tools (/beta)

• The “Talk to Neona” assistant, the AI tools directory and the prompt improver are offered free of charge, “as is” and without a guarantee of continuous availability. Neona Tech may modify or withdraw them at any time.
• Answers from the assistant and the improver are generated by an OpenAI artificial-intelligence model from the public information on this site. They may contain errors or inaccuracies; the person is responsible for reviewing them before use. Nothing the assistant says is an offer or a contractual commitment: only written proposals bind Neona Tech.
• It is not allowed to use the tools to generate illegal, discriminatory, misleading or rights-infringing content, or to enter third parties' personal data, confidential information or sensitive data.
• The directory links to third-party products for information purposes; listing them implies no recommendation or partnership.

6. Acceptable use

When using the site, the person agrees not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data of Neona Tech or third parties.
• Interfere with the site's operation (denial-of-service attacks, code injection, mass automated content extraction).
• Send false, offensive, unsolicited advertising or impersonating content through the form.
• Use the site or its tools for purposes contrary to Colombian law.

Neona Tech may block access to anyone who breaches these conditions.

7. Intellectual property

The logo, the NEONA TECH name, texts, design, code and images of the site belong to Neona Tech or are used under license, and are protected by Law 23 of 1982, Andean Community Decision 486 and other intellectual-property rules. Viewing the site and sharing links to it is allowed; reproducing, modifying or commercially exploiting its content without written authorization is not. Third-party brands and logos shown in the technology section belong to their owners and are displayed only to identify the tools we work with; their presence implies no endorsement or partnership.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party pages (such as farid.com.co, xentris.tech or the directory's tools). Neona Tech does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those sites.

9. Warranties and liability

Neona Tech strives to keep the site available and up to date but does not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by Colombian law, Neona Tech is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) grants to consumers or the liability the law does not allow to be excluded. Warranties for contracted services are defined in each contract.

10. Personal data

Personal-data processing is governed by the privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how to exercise the rights of Law 1581 of 2012.

11. Electronic communications

Email communications and the site's forms are fully valid under Law 527 of 1999. Neona Tech only sends commercial communications to those who requested them and respects the hours and channels set by Law 2300 of 2023; at any time the person can ask us to stop contacting them.

12. Requests, complaints and claims

Any request, complaint or claim about the site or the services can be sent to gerencia@neona.tech or to +57 605 322 5918. We reply within fifteen (15) business days. If the person is a consumer and is not satisfied, they may turn to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

13. Changes

Neona Tech may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page with its update date; using the site after a change implies acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be addressed directly; failing that, the ordinary courts of Barranquilla, Atlántico, will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the jurisdiction rules that protect consumers.

15. Effective date

These terms apply from October 30, 2026.
